Join us for our 5th Annual Kiss My Grits, Gulf Coast Throwdown |Cajun Style hosted by Young Texans Against Cancer
Benefiting: Baylor College of Medicine,The Clayton Dabney Foundation, MD Anderson Cancer Center, The 1 Million 4 Anna Foundation, and The Broach Foundation
The most sought-after chefs in Houston will compete head-to-head in a grits and cajun-inspired throwdown to support the 2015 beneficiaries of Young Texans Against Cancer. All Chefs must prepare their own creation using at least one protein and grits. A panel of judges will choose a winner based on taste and presentation while attendees have the opportunity to vote for fan favorite. Bartenders will be competing for bragging rights with their creation of a Southern inspired cocktail, and will also be judged by the panel and attendees.
